Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend identifying different parts of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
